This tiny shop is vintage heaven! From the moment you enter you are engulfed by old-school jams or sultry blues, taking you back into time. Although the clothing and accessories are ‘old’, the shop however, has a youthful spirit about it. Bright colours and the quirky arrangement make this joint a fun experience for any vintage-loving shopper.

Amandla’s Tip:

To avoid heartbreak, and I know what I’m talking about, don’t go to Fruitcake with intentions of being a window shopper. Because they sell vintage items, chances of you returning to find that vintage item you fell in love with where you left it are almost non-existent. Take your purse with or risk not getting that purple blouse with the skinny yellow belt!

Jozi Moving the City is set to start airing today on SABC1 at 6pm. For those not in the know, Jozi Moving the City is an 8 Part reality TV show following JOZI (Ishmael Morabe aka Ishmiza and Leslie Mampe aka Da L.E.S) travelling around the world taking their new found muthaland sounds global. JOZi, with their new project manager David kibuuka, find themselves in Swaziland, Namibia, Limpopo, Ghana and Nigeria in the strangest of situations. They finally travel to New York, Atlanta and end up in LA. On their travels they record a new album.
